This is not a warehouse and it is not a flash sale. Samples, then a letter, then — if you still want it — a machine. The ritual below is a starting point, not a trophy recipe.

Buying, such as it is

1. Sample. US-voltage units come to Santa Ana first.
2. QC. Heat, group, plug, finish. If it fails, it is not a product.
3. A letter. We email a ship window. Still no card.
4. Then you. Only after that window is real do we take payment.

58 millimetres

Casa, Cima, Hearth, Twin, and Sight all take a 58mm basket. The Kit is not sold in 51 or 53.

Heat

• Casa — two thermoblocks. Daily compact.
• Hearth — one boiler, a tube for the shot. E61.
• Twin — two boilers. Not for sale until 110–120V is real.

A first shot

1. Dose 18g in a 58mm basket.
2. WDT — break clumps, level the bed.
3. Tamp once, flat, no bounce.
4. Brew about 1:2. Taste, then move the mill.
5. Steam: purge, stretch, wipe, purge.

Eighteen in, about thirty-six out. If it tastes sharp, grind finer. If it tastes dull, grind coarser.
